Teacher Appreciation Week - Monday

I was asked to make some treats for the teachers for Teacher Appreciation Week, at my DD's school. We wanted something little to put in their mailbox for everyday next week.

Here is Monday's treat:

Paper is My Mind's Eye, the tag is cut from Storybook Cricut Cartridge, and the quote is printed on cardstock.

TAW-Tuesday

Tuesday's Teacher Appreciation Week treat

The cookie tag is created the same as Mondays goldfish tag.
The water bottle is misc. paper, quote printed on cardstock and I used the Fiskars Scallop Circle Squeeze Punch

TAW-Wednesday

Wednesdays Teacher Appreciation Week treat

I just love making Post-it Note holders, and this is the first one I have created that holds a pen!
How cool is that??
I used Stickles for the flower middles on the Prima's and on the flowers on the paper, but its hard to see the sparkle.

TAW-Thursday

I just realized I forgot to take a pic of Thursdays treat. I will add it tomorrow.
It is a cute one!!

TAW-Friday

Friday's Teacher Appreciation Week treat:

Oh I just loved this one!! I was going to make the TakeOut Box myself, and actually made one, that turned out great. But I soon realized how time consuming it was going to be since I needed 65 of them, on top of making 65 of each of the other treats! I just don't have that much free time AND my favorite Chinese Restaurant in town let me buy them for "dirt cheap"!!! :)

There is candy inside too.
The Stamp is by Stampendous. I cut all the circles with the Cricut.

Here is a close up of the fortune cookies. These were fun to make, well the first few were fun, but not after making 130 of them. I printed the fortunes on cardstock.

Speaking of Flowers

My last post I showed off some cute flowers I created with the Fiskars Squeeze Punch. This post I want to show off some beautiful flowers my DH gave me. And for all you skeptics out there, no, he was not in the dog house! He just got them to get them. I did tell him long ago not to waste money on flowers unless the word PRIMA was somewhere on the package. But it was nice to have fresh flowers in the house! Enjoy

Think Spring

I know I have said this before, and I'm going to say it again... I just LOVE the Fiskars Squeeze Punches!! My latest one that I just had to have is this cute Flower Punch.

How adorable are these flowers??
So adorable that I made this cute "Think Spring" card.

If you like this card, come to my next class and learn how to create this card and two other adorable cards, just in time for Mothers Day. Class info is on the right.

Class-LO

Here is my example of the LO we created in class last week. It was kind of a mixture of some new techniques, and SB'ing trends that have been floating around the web.

I just love those Studio G mini stamps, and I give them away a lot as door prizes, so I wanted to show everyone some of the things they can do with them. I had them stamp at least three images. One image we used the Fiskars Circle Punch, to punch around the image, then we covered it with Glossy Accents. One image we cut around to look like a die cut, and the last stamped image, we cut out around it, and used Stickles to add some sparkle to it. We also tried a little doodling around the edge. Nobody was happy about the doodling, but everyone's LO turned out great!! Other tools used: Fiskars Treading Water Punch, Big-Bite.

Next class we are going to learn to create some beautiful cards, just in time for Mother's Day!!
